Privacy policy

The tool is for its owner's personal use. It requests read-only access to Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets to find messages and files and read the items needed for the owner's requests.

Google authorizes access for the selected account. The desktop tool stores its refresh token in the Mac's Keychain. When the owner uses Codex, information the tool retrieves for the task may be processed by OpenAI and retained in the chat or in files the owner asks to create.

The owner can revoke future access in Google Account connections and can separately delete saved chats and local files. Revoking access stops new requests and does not erase earlier results.

These information pages contain no mailbox or Drive content and do not offer a sign-in for other users.
